COVID 19 Prevention Plan Tourist Apartments
Dear guests, below we will explain the protocol followed by Casa Palacio Madre de Dios during check-ins to receive guests, and also during the cleaning and disinfection process of our apartments:
Check-in
At arrival, before check-in, guests will be offered:
- Hydroalcoholic gel to disinfect hands.
- One mask per guest, even if you already have one.
- A 70% alcohol spray, to disinfect the sole of your shoes before entering the apartment.
Both the gel and the spray must be left at the entrance of the apartment, so you use it every time you access the accommodation.
According to the established protocol, the carpets and cushions have been removed from all the apartments, and all the trash bins are pedal-operated and have double bag according to current regulations.
Housekeeping team protocol
The cleaning and disinfection service of our apartments is provided by SOLTISUR QUALITY S.L.
The disinfecting products used are 62-71% ethanol and 1% quaternary harmonium.
The staff will follow the cleaning protocol explained below:
- Use of masks and gloves.
- Removal of all supplies and linen as towels, sheets, pillowcases, etc.
- Trash bins with double bag.
- Hair dryer and hangers will be disinfected after every check-out.
- Special disinfection of areas with high contact (surfaces, sinks, faucets, handles, doors, keys, remote controls, WC flush button, climate control, railings.)
- Once the housekeeping staff clean the apartment, the cleaning trolley will be disinfected and the PPE will be thrown away.
